6 Week Get Fit Challenge

Do you have what it takes?
This Challenge begins FEB 5th and runs 6 weeks straight. You will first need to contact us and schedule your interview with one of the coaches. We are looking for Ladies who want to make this transformation more so than the coaches want it for you. You will have to be willing to take before and after photos and follow a strict diet. This program is not a magic pill and you will get out what you put in. Interviews begin September 18th.
We have designed a fast paced fun and very intense workout that will get you in the best shape of your life. It is hard work but we will be there for you along the way to help you reach you goals. Our workout combines the elements of Krav Maga, Kickboxing and MMA to make your workout exciting. Participants in the program will receive a meal plan that is expected to be followed. This and hard work, but will bring the results you are looking for.
We do several Get Fit Challenges throughout the year. They fill to capacity very quickly. All you do is show up and we do the rest.
We are only looking 15 women to do this Challenge and if you think you are ready to join our team of ladies you can call the center to set up an appointment.
