Our Kickboxing Program Is Like Having Your Own Personal Coach As You Train.

If the machines and running are just not enough for you any more, come and try a kick boxing class here at our Puyallup South Hill location and you will see what all the buzz is about.

Its like having your own personal coach in every class. Now you can experience the power and the effectiveness without fear of injury! Our approach to training will give you maximum results while having fun and our Instructors are experts in this system. If your goal is to get into great shape this program is for you.

Getting Started Is Easy

To begin your training call and schedule an orientation program with us. You will receive a pair of kickboxing hand wraps, a starter class, and help from one of our coaches to make your transition into a regular program fun and easy. The cost of the program is only $10.00 and will go towards any program you decide to enroll in.

At the end of your first Session our staff will make a recommendation on which Kickboxing Program works best for you.
