We are located in Puyallup just a short distance from Tacoma and guarantee that we will make the drive to the Elite Training Center worth your time. KRAV MAGA

Krav Maga is the Official Tactical Self Defense system taught to the Israeli special forces and to several law enforcement agencies across the United states. The self defense techniques taught in the system are reality based and work in a real life situation. There is no theory in the system, there is no "art" in the system -we only use what has been proven to work in real life situations in modern day.

Krav maga has been featured on the Discovery Channel and the History channel with the TV
show the "Human Weapon". Krav Maga has also been seen in the movie "Enough" with

Bas Rutten Mixed Martial Arts And MMA System

Bas Rutten is a former heavy weight champion of the UFC and a King of Pancreas Champion 3 times. He is one of the coaches of the Anacondas in the IFL and can been seen weekly on the International Fight League and the Show "Battle Ground". Bas is also one of the most respected fighters ever with his fight record and his history of being an innovative mixed martial artist and a straight talking individual.

We at the Elite Training Center have the pleasure to be the first School in the State of Washington to represent Bas Rutten with his Mixed Martial Arts System. As a student you will learn the BRMMA system from the ground up. From the striking style that made Bas Famous to his unique and very innovative submission system.

Kickboxing

Our Ladies only Kickboxing is offer for those who want to get into shape and have fun at the same time. Our program is a tremendous workout that will get you into the best shape of your life. The class is No-Contact and is taught by Kickboxing trained and certified coaches. Instructors have over 10 years experience so you can be sure you will get what you came for.

The skills we teach may save your live one day or the life of a loved one. The Krav Maga Self Defense system was designed to be effective regardless of your size of gender of age. In Israel it is taught to men and women alike ages 18 to 50. Leaning Krav Maga will boost your confidence and you will know you are doing something good for yourself.

Her is a simple self defense technique taught in our level ! class. It is a simulation from the show the Human Weapon that was featured on the History Channel .

Marital Arts and Self Defense Workshop Held Weekly for Tacoma - Puyallup area

We have a one hour Krav Maga Self Defense Workshop this week. You will be introduced into the system it's basic movements and concepts.

This class is hands on, you will need workout clothes to attend..

How Do I Get Started In Krav Maga

Getting started at the Elite Training Center is simple. We require that you do a trial class and experience the program first hand.. We will meet with you personally and show the the different program options we have available for you and your family. Our courteous staff will make your transition into one of our programs easy.

The cost of the trial class is $10.00 and includes your Krav Maga hand wraps..
